I drink lots of milk.

If it works for you and you like it, that's great, but there is a great deal of medical research that indicates that milk is not particularly beneficial for adults. Lactose is actually very hard to digest, if you are not a baby. Milk consumption in adults has been shown to actually leach calcium from bones. That’s why medical study after medical study has found that people who consume the most cow's milk have significantly higher fracture rates than those who drink little to no milk. It's also linked to a higher incidence of prostate and ovarian cancer. Additionally, because cows are given so many antibiotics, it has resulted in a surge of anti-biotic resistant bacteria.

I’ll agree with you on that. Adults are supposed be o drink red wine, beer or tequila.
