The first case was about a lobster importer for 13 years who'd cleared customs, never an issue, when the government arrested him, spent $5M prosecuting him, sentenced him to 8 years 1 month, broke him and his family--in the end all because the government claimed he'd violated, get this, a law in Honduras, which even the Honduran government said was not true.
