    Laws and stuff, you know...

    Law is a man made way to judge things to be right or wrong. Basically, if you were to want to be treated fairly, you would make a law that others accept and is upheld by someone in power, power over police, military and of course government offices. These are the enforcers of the law, and, they are there to protect people and animals and the environment from those that will harm them in some way. Basically, law is there for the preservation of the few and many alike, where majorities and minorities, families and cities, races and religions, can have equal footing regarding their will. This will be where the rules of the law are there for the sake of all that wish to use them, that they are represented with force if need be, to be treated as the law says they should be, of course.

    Rights;

    Rights are there to preserve the ability of everybody to be able to do as they would allow others to do to them, that they treat others as if they were being in that way treated. This is where we learn to to listen to others as we would like to be listened to... it is like reverse role play, yes?

    Rights are the focus of liberty and the brining to society the needs of the many and few alike. They are there for the representation of all that need a voice, a guide for all that need to know what they may not be denied. Yes, they are there for the morals of the society they live in, and, it is a good thing too, as if there were no rights we would be living as animals!

    Merchantile law;

    Merchantile law is where money is under the spotlight. This is where the businesses have rights and rules too, where they may not break the rules on each other, the state or the customer or environment. There are rights for others, these must be observed. There rights for things of that court, so they must be represented. There are rules of behaviour to stop some cheating the system, and these mean that tax loopholes, for example do not rob the state, monopolies, for example, are not formed robbing the customer, and, codes of safety for staff and habitat are not exploited.

    Criminal law;

    This is where the law stops criminals from oppressing the rights of others. This includes theft of property, theft of dignity, theft of right to life, and, so forth. Criminals will always be around, as, there is always more desires than supply.

    Take for example a teen that has a house and family support, they will still go and assault people, and, this is because they want to dominate society in some way, or, rob someone else of their rights to freedom, yes? Choice is also a important thing here, as it represents the criminal "extorting" the reaction from others they wish.

    Politics in law;

    Politics is a agreement for what happens depending on who the 'arbitrators' or representatives are. They are hammered out and enforced by the law, and, that means they will also be lawfully upheld by force if need be, and, often they are. This is where the law comes to play to set a foundation for the political maneuvers and deals to be made, that they do not conflict with the already cemented laws of the nations they represent.

    Many lawyers go on to become presidents, and, I can think of many presidents and politicians that were lawyers before they took the reigns of power. This stands to reason then that representing something by experience leads to a chance to represent more, yes?

    Law requires seven years of study and shows how to dispatch every type of problem facing people in every day life. Yes, philosophy is the cornerstone of law, yes, lawyers bas their laws and codes on the findings of other sciences, therefore, law is a multidisciplinary subject.

    Untrue in that context.
