    Pork Rub

    I buy small Ribeye pork roasts, theyre like a 1.5lbs to 3lbs, its only my wife and I. Or I buy the bigger sams club pork roasts and cut it into 3 roasts.

    I used to use Chef Paul Prudhommes Pork Rub, but I go to a farm market and the owner over heard me telling someone to try CHef Pauls, she handed ma a jar said try this if you dont like it throw it away, if you like it keep it, if you love it come and pay me for it. I took her up on it and man do I LOVE IT.

    Its called Daves rib and butt rub and I found it online

    OK - I won't go for the cheap joke about the name of the product. LOL. I went to the website. I hope you don't grill your meat with all the char on them that they are showing. All that char is carcinogenic. Carmelization is flavorful, char is just nasty. Anything more than grill marks is too much char.
