I buy small Ribeye pork roasts, theyre like a 1.5lbs to 3lbs, its only my wife and I. Or I buy the bigger sams club pork roasts and cut it into 3 roasts.
I used to use Chef Paul Prudhommes Pork Rub, but I go to a farm market and the owner over heard me telling someone to try CHef Pauls, she handed ma a jar said try this if you dont like it throw it away, if you like it keep it, if you love it come and pay me for it. I took her up on it and man do I LOVE IT.
