We weren't talking about our goals. We were talking about what terrorism is. Are you still calling our agents terrorists? That's what this is.

Yes, I know what you'd prefer but that's irrelevant. The claim was the that hiring mercenaries was a bad thing. I asked why but I won't ask again. No one seems to know.

Oh yes, we know; you just too dense to admit it.

The killings in Nisour Square were hardly the first misdeeds by hired guns in Iraq, or the last. The army has said contractors from firms like CACI International Inc. were involved in more than a third of the proven incidents of abuse in 2003 and 2004 in the Abu Ghraib prison. Guards from Blackwater — which has renamed itself Xe Services — and other security firms, like Triple Canopy, have been involved in other wanton shootings.

Who at CACI was convicted of these "proven incidents of abuse"? Or is that just the NYT taking liberty with a media friendly and entertainment based form of reporting the NEWS?

Enlisted troops have committed more serious crimes. Not sure what your point is.

Anyway, how about that chapter and page number?

Finally you admit that you're wrong.

Sure they have: it's called war. Private militias do the very same things, that's why private militias don't belong on the US payroll. Two completely different things.

So State and Municipal police forces should not receive Federal funding? I agree!

Wait...you're going to say that State and Municipal police forces are not "private". If they aren't private what are they? State and Municipal police forces have been responsible for the downgrade of the Constitution rights of our citizenry for decades. Sure Federal entities have been responsible for such acts including Ruby Ridge and Waco. But the majority of crimes against our citizenry has been undertaken by State and Municipal police forces. Private citizens hired by the State or the cities to enforce the law while being funded by the Federal Government.

The Federal Government has a vested interest in militarizing our local police forces and they've done so. Is there a reason the L.A. County School District needs armored vehicles paid for by the U.S. Government?

Don't allow yourself to be fooled. Be consistent.

    Per your article:

In the lawsuit against CACI (Al Shimari v. CACI), in March 2013 the court granted CACI's motion to dismiss.
So you cited an article of a lawsuit against CACI that was dismissed.

You're new at this aren't you?
