So, why then doesn't that apply to Somalia where you've called for US airstrikes on al-Qaeda and Jihadi for blockading UN food and medicine supplies to starving Somalians?

Remember ISIS, donttread? Your made up boogieman, fake threat, the defense infrastructure's imagined werewolf?

Many many Observers here and everywhere vehemently opposed any overt involvement against ISIS by the United States(the Peter1469 argument). Many opposed any covert or overt military involvement by the United States whatsoever(the Ethereal argument). That latter argument one of ignoring, or purposefully disregarding, or simply and matter of fact unaware of the many other influences on realities in Syria in order to blame the entire reality on the United States(the donttread wingings).

What finally rolled ISIS back, who continues to hunt them down.

Overt and covert military action by the United States. The support and arming of the Iraqi government. Support for Ethereal's Kurds, even Shia Militias in regaining territory from ISIS.

Concerning these realities in Yemen, what say a rebel group was firing missiles into Washington DC? What would be the reaction here? Chickens coming home to roost?

You are totally misunderstanding the comment in the context of what the message is. As for the growth of freedom worldwide, you may be right, but that also has all been given at a price, way higher than all that you may own, which could never even begin to pay the price of one real hero who was forced by a draft, or joined to the U.S. military themselves, just to get to see the same country they were told they were going overseas, to go fight another foreign war for the rich capitalists, would be given safer spaces. America is less free than it ever was. As in fact, the more people who join up to live in America for all its "freedom" have cost more taxes!

America is going to hell in a handbasket, and that is as much the fault of the present U.S. President and United States' Congress. Inside some capacity, they are mostly working for themselves, and that is the same whether they be designated as either Republican or Democrat, or elsewhere, that why vote the next elections, as unless the whole nation stands up together and states, loud and clear, they have had enough of the theatrics! This country is going nowhere, costing so much more than what it can produce enough of any noteworthy company, this nation is running into great trouble, for what has been allowed the Bureau of Land Management's disdain and hatred for Horus' horses!

'This shouldn't be happening': Civilian deaths spike in Yemen

Save the Children says 349 civilians have been killed since June when Saudi-UAE alliance launched assault on Hodeidah.

    https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2018/...061826330.html

At least 349 civilians have been killed in Yemen's Houthi-held city of Hodeidah since June 13 when
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Yemeni government forces launched an offensive
    to retake the strategic seaport.

"In the past few months, we've seen a shocking spike in violence - from an airstrike that hit a school bus full of children to a bombing near a hospital. Battles are being fought in densely populated urban areas and children end up trapped on the front line, risking death or life-changing injuries," Thorning-Schmidt said.

"This is a war on children. The world seems to be accepting an outrageous disregard for the conventions of war and children are paying the price.

    "
Aid agencies have warned that an assault on Hodeidah could shut down one of the last remaining lifelines for millions of hungry civilians. Out of a population of 28 million people, eight million - a number greater than the entire population of Switzerland - are on the verge of famine.

Poppycoock. And those showrooms are called the South China Sea, The Med, and The Persian Gulf. The US military is for the defense of this nation, RadioGod. The big dog in the neighborhood must walk the neighborhood, correct? Wiss on a few bushes, mark her territory? So that all the little dogs, the troublemaker dogs, know that a really big dog lives nearby.....and bites.

We do sell dumbed down versions. And you'll forget much of the technology developed by these companies we also benefit from. We pay for development as part of the product sale as you do every product you own. Let me try a little experiment on you, RadioGod, I'm curious.

How many massive corporations do you own, use, service, or account with? count em for me if you don't mind.

Deadly Yemen famine could strike at any time, warns UN boss

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...-warns-un-boss

A famine inflicting “huge loss of life” could strike at any time in Yemen, as food prices soar and the battle rages over the country’s main port, the UN humanitarian chief, Mark Low$#@!, has warned.

Low$#@! said that by the time an imminent famine is confirmed, it would be too late to stop it. Accelerating economic collapse has caused prices of staples to increase by 30% at a time many millions of Yemenis were already finding it hard to feed their families.

Meanwhile, fighting over the port of Hodeidah has limited its capacity, shut down its grain mills and closed the main road inland towards the capital, Sana’a, threatening a lifeline that has allowed aid agencies to reach 8 million people and stave off famine so far this year.

“One of the things about what happens in famines is there’s a sudden collapse of which you get no notice,” Low$#@!, the UN under-secretary for humanitarian affairs, told the Guardian on the eve of a UN general assembly meeting on Monday to discuss the Yemeni crisis. “When the collapse happens, it’s too late to do anything. There’s a huge loss of life very, very quickly. So that’s the issue we’re flagging.”

We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

Child-like is apt. We are not selling weapons to everybody. We are careful with who buys them. We can't control them forever. Reality has a way of getting in the way of dreamers. It's as simple as that.

Until the time comes when we prevent war selling weapons is a business. You don't have to like it. You don't have to do it. You can't live in a world that doesn't exist either.

It's the same as my good friend @donttread he's smart enough to stay away from that question as well. But ask any of these corporation chortlers....the very one's that go on and on about the evil corporations, how they've got all the money and political power, and I simply turned around into this rather loud foghorn of grievance and asked how many of these corporations have products in your home, driveway, or back pocket?

Oh, I've asked how I managed to be successful with all that going against me. I don't receive a real answer. It usually goes something like I was lucky.

I have answered that several times. I have not "stayed away from the question" .
