    And there should be a time limit on filing such a complaint. A year seems plenty of time to me. After that, she can be prosecuted for libel for making such an allegation.

    This Kavanaugh fiasco is so obviously politically foul, it's a deplorable disgrace, and an insult to the intelligence of anyone outside the Beltway.
