4 people arrested for plotting to kill children

4 people have been charged with plotting to abduct, torture, and kill a child at a southern Michigan county fair.
David Bailey, 37, Matthew Toole, 32, Talia Furman, 32, and Jayme LaPointe, 19, were all charged. They planned on torturing and sexually assaulting the child before killing them and disposing of the body.
All four have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit kidnapping and conspiracy to commit criminal sexual conduct 1st degree, which all carry a possible sentence of life in prison.
