I think the tariff game is about to hit critical mass(pun intended). I think we are about to start handing out sanctions in the EU, even, here soon.

I think nations are about to get real creative to not have to deal with the US as much as possible. Sure, we might cry foul and try bully tactics to stay in the game where we can, but I think that will make us look pathetic and crazy.
I was a little dramatic about the "global messiah" part. I keep forgetting there are no style points from Trump supporters.
