If it were demonstrated that the accusers knowingly lied the they should suffer consequences. This is one reason I don't understand the rush. It would be in K's best interest to have a full investigation leaving no lingering doubts. One would think with his categorical denial that he would want this.

So, if you're correct, where do they start? What house did it happen in? What date did it take place? Who all was there that could make a statement to back up her claim?
If there was no complaint filed in whatever jurisdiction it occurred, where do they start?
Actually, the claim was made by her, now she must prove it. Remember what Proof is? It is required to launch any investigation into a criminal act. Some evidence is required also. Where is that coming from?
