No one here is going to disagree with this even when they have. The issue is not solvable. Without a second bit of evidence it will never be anything but an opinion. The opinion will be based on whatever reason chosen.

I wish we had a way of knowing the truth in every case but we don't and won't. There will always be a cloud over both sides and that's a shame.

Unfortunately too many times it does. Attorneys take a situation and run with it for notoriety, fame and sometimes enrichment. Like the Duke LaCrosse players which wound up not only proven to be false allegations but the prosecutor was removed from office for prosecuting the case knowing it was Untrue.

The famous Tawana Brawley case and theres many others, these incidents may be few compared to those that are truthful but they make it bad for everyone else.

Avenatti is a disgusting opportunist, hes using these incidents to gain national notoriety to run for office.

I don't believe he has any shot at any serious elected position. I think most people look at him as a slimy sleaze-ball.

I have to disagree with that because I know there are those that have been abused as kids and young teens that dont find the voice to come out until later in life much longer than a year later.

There is a big difference between a woman who was abused by a family member who later on life finally tells it and some other situations where people are accused and its apparent its for personal gain or political expediency.

Sure there are those for whom nothing will work well. But you're advocating nothing short of a huge can of worms, it seems to me.
