@Peter1469 Trey Gowdy, God Bless his ignorant heart said on Fox News the other morning, that the FBI had no authority to investigate sex crimes on a state level ( His accuser is / was requesting a FBI Investigation ). I almost spit my "NOS Grape" energy drink all over the truck ( Sirus Radio ). No, but they have authority to investigate the character and integrity of a possible future judge on SCOTUS. They have nationwide authority to do character and criminal background checks on current or potential federal employees. And your right, I'm not a Trey Gowdy fan.
