That was not a roundhouse kick (just a technicality). It looks like he kicked the camera/phone out of someone's hands, but I couldn't be certain however there was little force in the kick, which is probably why the victim indicates that it wasn't a serious case of assault. Still totally inappropriate and she should have had him charged. A nice little fine that by the looks of him, he can't afford, would teach him an important lesson.

Sorry, the thumbs-up was because it had me laughing. That guy was obviously a few sandwiches short of a picnic, along with all the other participants, including the person recording. One of those things I probably shouldn't laugh at, but couldn't help it I'm suprised he didn't get charged with at least a misdemeanor and have to pay for her camera.

I suspect that the camera or cell phone wasn't damaged and the pro-life person wasn't actually injured.

AND the fact that she was still yammering on. Obviously assault however. Here;s the thing this charge and punishment should be the same as if he had assaulted a man. Equal rights.

The charges should be "Being a violent, dumb assed punk in public" and wearing that sweatshirt, and the punishment should be a "getting a mudhole stomped in his ass".

Reports are saying that he has been fired from his job and the woman he assaulted is going to press charges.
