Shocking video shows a Pro-Life activist being attacked by a man at a pro-abortion protest in Toronto.
The victim, Marie-Claire Bissonnette, told police about the incident and says was told she could file a report but it wasn’t a “serious case of assault.”

That was not a roundhouse kick (just a technicality). It looks like he kicked the camera/phone out of someone's hands, but I couldn't be certain however there was little force in the kick, which is probably why the victim indicates that it wasn't a serious case of assault. Still totally inappropriate and she should have had him charged. A nice little fine that by the looks of him, he can't afford, would teach him an important lesson.
