Davis county UT. I know the cops talked about staging area and ambulances, contacting family. The guy with the gun is 6 feet, blonde hair, doesn't want to go back to jail, already running from another crime. Swat is there, he wants to talk to his dad, asked for water, and they are trying to get him to surrender. He still is wearing the gun. Police say he seems extremely nervous and seems unstable. This may not end well and I don't know why they were chasing him or if he shot someone.
