Recall her. Get word to Mitch and have her removed from any committee assignments.

This is a brilliant example of what is wrong with politics these days. Representatives are being told in no uncertain terms that they need to tow the party line or else they will have to deal with the consequences.

This is a message that the other side should highlight. The GOP isn't interested in representing it's constituents and will punish any member who is.

Kind of like Heidkampt and McCaskill, Jones and Donnelly and Tester in Montana. All voting no even though the majority of their Constituents wanted Kavanaugh Confirmed.

Then of course Manchin who voted yes like his Constituents wanted. But now the Demos will punish him for voting against the party.

Shouldn't that message also be highlighted for all Demos to know what happens when they vote against their party?

Just like Collins, Flake and others on the GOP side. We can do this forever.

You missed my point that this is the problem with politics these days. ALL POLITICS.

Then I offered a political strategy that could be used. You're so blinded by your party that you can't be objective. You see everything in a silo.

Political parties will always exist. They have platforms. If you are a member of a political party and do not support the platform, leave that party and find one which is compatible with your views.

I don't think this is a big deal.

The problem with your statement is that the numbers indicate that is Murkowski who was not "representing her constituents".

That's unrealistic. The GOP leadership is NOT going to pull any women off committees. It would only reinforce the image that they don't value women.

You need to come up with a better strategy to quietly disenfranchise women. (chuckle)

I will have to go back and look at what numbers you are referring to. We also need to keep in mind the ratio from those numbers.

Every "Tea Party" congressman elected was called in and told to toe the line or we will make sure you are not reelected. LTC (R) West told them to f-off and look where he is now.

As I recall, polling in Alaska showed great support for Kavanaugh. That means Murkowski turned her back on her constituents.

I am not sure what ratio you are talking about.
