    (3) overrule an 1898 precedent and completely abolish birthright citizenship

    (4) Use the First Amendment as a sword to require “fairness” in the left-dominated media.

    A reasonable start, comments?

Radical. Following the Constitution is radical?
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

If the Court attempts to control the media, that's unconstitutionally radical -- an tyranny.

What if’s are useless. Is there a case on the docket?

Honestly, I don't understand this one. I'm sorry. My local school board is very conservative. My entire county is very conservative. Get involved. Make your school boards and educators accountable.

I don't read the precedent as you do, though I know many do. I think this should be addressed by SCOTUS.

No. No. No. No. Leave Mordor on the Potomac out of regulating the media -- left-dominated or otherwise.
They should bring back the "Fairness Doctrine"! Since dumping it RWNJ media has dominated!

I miss the threads about Net Neutrality, wherein some of the regulation's "conservative" detractors would confuse it with the old Fairness Doctrine and come off sounding like complete doofi. Good times.

FOX dominated for a long time- news consumer choice. But they are currently not #1.

I like the news portion of One American News. Each news story is a minute or less because they simply state the facts and offer no commentary or opinion on the news.
