Camille Paglia: Feminism Is The Collapse Of Western Civilization

She has a new booking out this she's in the news. WIll this one get a reaction from feminists here?

Camille Paglia: Feminism Is The Collapse Of Western Civilization

With the launch of Camille Paglia’s new book this week, the Drudge Report has unearthed the heterodox feminist’s 2016 discussion of feminism as the collapse of Western Civilization. In her discourse Paglia explains, “The period of the 1920s, 1930s: that to me is my favorite period in feminism because these women admired what men had done. There was no male bashing as became systemic to Second Wave feminism. It’s an absolute poison that has spread worldwide.” The author of Sexual Personae later takes on the “neuroticism” endemic to modern feminism and how the movement’s deconstruction of traditional culture bred the “new religion” of political correctness.

As the Left increasingly insists upon coddling women, abolishing due process, and even dabbling in cultic activism, Paglia’s comments offer a refreshing perspective from as insightful a scholar of feminism as any. If Kanye West hasn’t already caused your tumbler to overflow, crank the volume and take a listen below:

This is an interesting coincidence. I have been watching Paglia videos on Youtube for about a month now including one or two that you posted here.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I came across her some months ago too. This, perterson and Paglia--it's loooong:

I happened upon Jordan Peterson while watching Paglia. Never heard of him until very recently. As in weeks... Paglia I heard of a long time ago but never actually listened to her or read any of her work.

I've been posting Peterson for some time now. Anti-Marxist, anti-postmoderninst, he's connected with Hich who did that book on the history of postmodern thought, there's a whole underground on youtube and in podcasts.

I see a lot of these now on my homepage. Lying in bed I sometimes listen to them on my phone. I said I would never be on my phone all the time...
