I am just posting this one for fun. From what I know this asteroid is not even close, I think they said 10 lunar distances away. I am not sure why they sometimes bring attention to these things we have much closer ones all the time. But when we do have large passerby's they can pull in smaller ones that part does pose some danger I suppose.

Near Earth Asteroids Potentially Hazardous Asteroids (PHAs) are space rocks larger than approximately 100m that can come closer to Earth than 0.05 AU. None of the known PHAs is on a collision course with our planet, although astronomers are finding new ones all the time.
