We are the People of the United States. These unfortunately are the choices. You don't get to have millions and millions of Muslims in a country and a society that is tolerant to Women and Gays. It just doesn't work that way. Time to chooose

...yet you already do have millions and millions of Muslims in a country and a society that is tolerant to women and gays. It's called the USA.

Supporting women and gay rights is not the same thing as being a champion for lesbian feminism. It is enough to respect their rights to have whatever opinions they wish. Many religious Muslims (correct spelling) deny that right and worse.

I explained this in another post. The Muslims that have been here were often educated, from the upper classes, and often secular. There are some exceptions where groups of Muslims created their own society and kept to themselves.

Many of the current migrants are not educated, from the lower classes (those with money left already or can ensure their safety where they are) and have strict fundamentalist views on Islam which are incompatible with Western values.

It must take active mind exercises to overlook this.

This absolutely wrong. We haven't, and don't need to make either choice. Women and gays have the same rights as everyone else.

Muslims have no choice about what to obey. What they think is their business.

I can't imagine a nation that would allow in a bunch of drunken Irish or lazy Italians or herd thinking Germans. So many Catholics! What were they thinking.
