“Conscientiously believing that the proper condition of the negro is slavery, or a complete subjection to the white man, and entertaining the belief that the day is not distant when the old Union will be restored with slavery nationally declared to be the proper condition of all of African descent, and in view of the future harmony and progress of all the States of America, I have been induced to issue this address, so that there may be no misunderstanding in the future”

Hmmm, ok, I mean you don’t want to finish what you started? Why else did you bring it up? I know you just didn’t want to be a fly-by poster who decided his position isn’t as strong as he thought it was? I have no interest in bickering with any racialist, although I see your passive-aggressive attempt to call me one, especially when you are pretty much toeing the line with the talking points they use.
Be well.

It's rather more like when you're accustomed to liberty, equality feels like oppression. When you’re accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression.
Consider, what MLK and other civil rights leaders sought was equal civil rights which didn't interfer with anyone else's liberty. The same could be said of early feminists, even gays. It could be said it's win-win. What SJWs seek is equality in society that does interfer with the liberty of others. Quotas in education and workplace right on down to forcing bakers to bake cake privileges the few at the cost of many.
