Mexico has dispatched two Boeing 727s full of federal police officers to its southern border, as the country prepares for the arrival of a migrant caravan of thousands from Central America.


Five hundred federal police officers in riot gear arrived on Wednesday in Tapachula, Chiapas on the border with Guatemala, where some 4,000 migrants are now marching northward.


The presence of federal forces on the southern border of the country is not to stop migrants from crossing the border, but to help immigration officials maintain order, Mexican Federal Police Commissioner Manelich Castilla Craviotto told Noticeros Televisia.


'The INM reiterates its unrestricted commitment to respect the human rights of migrants,' said Mexico's National Institute of Migration, a government agency that controls and supervises immigration.


U.S. President Donald Trump warned Thursday that he will use military force to seal the U.S-Mexico border unless Mexico intervenes.


'I must, in the strongest of terms, ask Mexico to stop this onslaught – and if unable to do so I will call up the U.S. Military and CLOSE OUR SOUTHERN BORDER!' Trump wrote on Twitter.

Trump applied same law Obama did.

Also, you did know most of those kids detained were crossing the border NOT with their parents but unidentifiable cayotes. Part of the reason for detaining them was for their own safety.

Actually it was during the Obama administration that they were locked in small cages. I know it's popular for the left to blame America for the problems in Latin America. Of course American is responsible for all problems everywhere.

Spontaneous caravan of migrants winds way through Honduras

Poor economic prospects are the main reason Hondurans want to leave the Central American country of 9.4 million people, according to a recent survey by the Center for Immigration Studies. Violence was the second most-cited reason.

The United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean projects 3.9 percent economic growth for Honduras this year. The Honduran Labor Ministry pegs unemployment at 6.7 percent, although nearly half of working age Hondurans are underemployed, meaning they can't make ends meet with the amount of paid work they can secure.

"There's a misery and a violence that is overwhelming people. People no longer have faith in this country, and they are fleeing," said Montoya.

A liberal is not required to take any actions to help anyone. They are just there to complain. Then demand others fix the problems and pay for it.
