They are big-ish, nice looking though but very aggressive.
Depends how they're raised. They are typically protective.

Haven't heard about their penchant for gonads.

Those sheep herders are decent people, I've stopped and talked with them a little but their command of the language is tricky. They do waive mostly when they see us and I'm told they'll waive hikers or whatever off to stay away because of the dogs. The dogs are for predators, for the sheep.

English Bulldogs aren't very big at all, and not aggressive that I know of.

Maybe the guy was trying something hanky panky ?

Do you really think a large dog can be stopped by a little cloth ?

Some dogs are just at the right height to do that .

My best friend growing up got dick chomped by a German Shepard, funny thing though, the first attempt at re-attachment? They sewed it on upside down, the re-re-attachment worked though...

Dude had to have his pants off for the dog to be able to do that. I suspect some peanut butter was involved and the dog preferred nuts over butter.
You were correct they just released a statement claiming he had peanut butter on them.
