The former advocates liberation from foreign imperialism and the alliance of Middle Eastern countries under one faith and the latter is supported by Saudi petrodollars and Two Holy Mosques. Both are Salifist groups and exemplify Sunni forms of the Islamic faith, however the Muslim Brotherhood seeks to unify the middle east. As between the Muslim Brotherhood and the Wahhabis, the Muslim Brotherhood is the more moderate. Wahhabism is less founded in Islamic scripture than on the highly conservative teachings of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab - IOW it is the most fundamentalist and puritanical form of Islam and the utter enemy of the Sharia sect.

It's the US's concern because Saudi Arabia is a both US ally and one of the nations where the US maintains military bases and sells billions of dollars in arms.

It's a matter of integrity, not force. I don't think that I need to ask whether you would be friends with criminals nor would you be OK with friends and associates knocking off people that they don't like. Governments have the same ethical and moral standards.
