Based only on the 50 second video, I don't see any justification for the use of lethal force.

Based on just that yes. But we had one here, a couple with their son ran a convenience store, can't remember which country they came from. Three armed men came in shot his wife, his son ran out with a gun got hit too, then the old man runs out armed starts shooting and hit one fleeing the store in the back. So what happens, his wife and son is at the hospital, his wife dies and he is arrested because they claimed he wasn't justified shooting at them because they were then fleeing. It got overturned but how dare they arrest that old man defending his son and wife. I am not saying that is the case here but it is important to see what happened before.

There did not appear to be any life threatening situation here which required this kind of response.
