It seems to me, along with others here, that this shouldn't even be an issue. It is the hysteria about voter fraud in metropolitan areas like Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore and Philadelphia that ND officials are reacting to, according to at least one story. In urban America, there is probably only one way to stop voter fraud.

It's not a real issue in ND because it doesn't happen there, and especially not on the rez. Jaeger is full of crap. He knows it, and his stupid stunt should be punished.

If I pitched a teepee out in the middle of nowhere, that shouldn't disqualify me from voting, and I think there are alot of outdoor enthusiasts -- survivalists and so for -- that would agree and also sympathize with the Indians.

North Dakota just doesn't have anywhere near the same percentage of rabble rousers in their mix as does Philadelphia and Baltimore, and I hope they never do.

There is nothing backing up Jaeger's position except his cronies in the 8th court, and that's a yuge problem.

ND's Native Americans now say they'll overcome the new obstacle to voting by election day using addresses kept by 911 emergency services. No idea why 911 information is better, but it stands to reason that 911 would be a source for good information. It probably is GPS.

This should bring much relief to Jaeger since the state of North Dakota will thereafter be more-or-less immune to fraudulent voting. https://www.whig.com/article/20181026/AP/310269991#//
