If there is any question as to what this means, the subject matter is discussed in Matthew chapter 25, as the Son of man describes how He feels when these types of things are done for who may be considered to be the least by some. The issue is an old one that seems not to have been yet tackled well enough by mammon. It is not exactly about the need for more government to form, but rather to change the emphasis of where things are spent on.
It is talking about everyone having the least they need to borrow with the most covered by a plan. There will be no debtor nations. That is, no one will owe anyone, and neither will they own another man. There is no U.S. national debt anyway, as that is a configuration of the imaginations. Seriously, way too many lives have been spent in wars. As nations have fought for their grievances, each to their own, no national debt is owed by the Americans, as the politicians have served themselves well at the cost of the wealth of nations.
The reserve currencies are wasting their assets. They may be planning to bunker in the hills with all of that great wealth they have accumulated at the expense of so many others, but in the long-run of things, it will be buying them no freedom. As the rocks fall, they will wish they had changed the tone. But too late it will be, because there will be only the wrath of the people they have been ripping off so they could partnership on to even more wealth that they could never use in one lifetime. All wasted, it won't matter any as Hell burns.
