What gives us the right to impose export restrictions on a country we are not at war with? In fact what gives us the right to impose restrictions on their nuke program given that we are the only country EVER CRAZY enough to use nukes on people? In practice nukes tend to stop countries from being invaded which is a good thing . Unless of course we want to invade more countries despite the horrible way that has turned out in recent decades. ?
