Impossible to know since how much warming is natural is unknown. This is an hypothesis, not a known.

Sea levels will rise at a gradually faster rate during this century and they will continue to rise for a few hundred years beyond the year 2100 at a minimum.

Atmospheric carbon dioxide rose at an exponential rate between the year 1850 and the year 2000. Human made CO2 emissions also rose at an exponential rate during that time.

Atmospheric CO2 varied between 260 ppm and 280 ppm for around 10,000 years ago until 1850. Isotope studies link the increase in atmospheric CO2 to the burning of fossil fuels.

My simple science does not leave out volcanic activity, which generally causes a temporary dip in surface and atmospheric temperatures. The CO2 emissions from most volcanic

eruptions is not very significant (last 2000 years or more). It seems like your "science" is simple.

Oxygen in the atmosphere was initially created by cyanobacteria. There was only a trace of oxygen before that; virtually none.

stop warming: phase out the burning of fossil fuels

stop cooling: Add a greenhouse gas to the atmosphere. That would prevent an ice age. It wouldn't take much of a chlorofluorocarbon to do the job.
