Sports Broadcaster Charged with Indecent Exposure

A sportscaster with an NBC-affiliated TV station in Las Vegas was arrested Tuesday for allegedly masturbating inside a suburban bar, according to a police report. Security footage from the bar in North Las Vegas, captured Randy Howe, sports director of KSNV-TV, sitting in front of a slot machine looking around “as if he was nervous or paranoid that someone was watching,” a police officer wrote in a report.
Other employees reportedly told police it wasn’t the first time they’d seen Howe masturbate at the bar, according to the report. When questioned by the officers, Howe allegedly said he was scratching himself because of a bad rash.
Howe was arrested and charged with open or gross lewdness and indecent exposure, police said.
