Depends on the cause. Embryos that can be tested prior to implantation can be tested for abnormalities that may normally result in miscarriage. IVF patients also tend to be followed more closely throughout the process.

Why do you need to know the personal issues of people you don't know or have any type of relationship with? Infertility and miscarriages aren't a "dirty secret". They are often facts of life. Nothing dirty about those issues

I doubt that any woman would go through this procedure just to have an abortion.

Probably because there is often stigma and guilt associated with those issues. When people are open and share their experiences, it can help reduce the associated stigma.

I've never heard of a stigma being attached to anyone having a miscarriage or fertility issues.

Probably because you never hear people talking about it. You don't strike me as the type of guy that a female is going to invite over and quietly explain she's had a miscarriage to.

I don't understand why this is "a dirty secret" or why anyone would care. If people have a problem with pregnancies not a soul would criticize for correcting to have a child. I don't get the big deal on her reveal.

Her criticizing Trump isn't shocking either. What does anyone expect? You will read in my book that I didn't like her husband playing the race card constantly like a cheap shot artist.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.
