    More of a filler than a binder actually. Eggs and... stuff, could be bread crumbs or rice or whatever. Rice kind of makes the filling softer though but they turned out ok.

    No crushed tomatoes, can of cheap ass tomato soup lining the bottom (it's really the key ingredient in a lot of ways) and just standard tomato sauce on top.
