    What's for dinner

Last weekend it was stuffed cabbages. Made two roasters full, lasted two days.

This weekend it's home-made chorizo, ground and stuffed it yesterday in sheep casings and let it sit in the fridge overnight, going to crock pot it and make it with spanish rice and scrambled eggs.

    my junk is ugly

Nothing fancy, red potatoes, apples, onions and boneless pork chops in a slow cooker all day.
It's ok if you disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

Chinese take out. Kung pao chicken extra spicy for the wife and probably beef and broccoli for me. She's been working in the yard all afternoon and I've been doing odd jobs around the house, so nobody feels like cooking. Besides, it's our 29th anniversary.

What do you have planned for your 30th, extra value meals?

    ...sorry, I had to.

    Congrats too on the anniversary.

We're both of the opinion that you should celebrate by having, doing and eating what you enjoy - not what is traditional, or what other people think you should. I've got relatives who do Chinese every Christmas and pizza for Thanksgiving - 'cause it's what they enjoy.

    Thanks!
