    I got a big grass fed sirloin from the farmers market. Cooked on low temp- 13 minutes at 275, remove from oven, sear on steel preheated skillet (sprayed with coconut oil to prevent sticking) 1 min. each side, add garlic, mushrooms, and tomatoes, back in the oven for 8 minutes. Perfect rare. Add quinoa.
