Animal hoarding is heartbreaking, and more common than most people think. Many times the animals would have been better off living on the street than shut up in small rooms or caged in filthy conditions and starved.

She obviously just made dozens of those dogs die, there were some in critical condition on the premises.
There should be much harsher laws for people like this. She must have lived real rural, I doubt neighbors would have been able to stand the stench, or standby and allow that to go on.
