With air pollution, we find that the smog is actually carbon monoxide, not carbon dioxide. This means it will be visible and not invisible carbon dioxide that erodes the world so. If we were to observe that carbon monoxide and dioxide are both containing many carbon atoms, and, if we were to separate them from the oxygen, we would see stuff fall down, or, just float off, without the acidic qualities of oxygen to penetrate the other gases, yes?

So, to erode these molecules, while we still need to observe that the air we breathe needs to be balanced the way it is, we could send out radio waves that will detach them fro each other. This could be done by observing that electricity 'burns,' yes? The loose electrons in radio waves will sieve out the oxygen from the carbon, and, we would be left with normal gases, of course. Hell, we would veen be making breathable air out of junk!

Now, the answer is simple, simply bombard the planet with WI FI, and, other signals.

The water we see cycle into the water cycle is polluted daily by oil. To clean it up, we need only get rid of the oil and other chemicals. This can be done by observing that we could turn this into water, all of it, using a technique of attrition, as, if you observe that the momentum of water is so great, we will also know that it could dominate the other chemicals if it were to be brought to, not a filter, but a 'cell division' thing, yes?

So, how do we get water to divide cells so as to 'eliminate impurities?' This could be observed in the body with blood cells that eat away at fuels, like carbons and proteins, yes? This means that the oceans will need to have a signal sent underwater that boils the water, slightly, so that the water will mix with these chemicals even more, then 'the excited water' will give off heat, and, owing to the oxygen, will incinerate the other chemicals with it's acidic nature. This means it will mix with these other non acidic things, as that is why they are bonding, and eat away at them. Of course, the reason the other things are not acidic in the water is because they do not have a loose electron, and, that means that they are stable, making good fuels, like oil and plastic and stuff, yes?

Now, we could send this signal out by radiation, so as not to harm life in the water, nor barrier reefs, by using lasers, as this carries photons, that bear with them electrons, as, they are bot negatively charged, and, with the mass of the protons, will be carried like 'waves through the water,' of course. So, set up, near outlets to the ocean, a few cheap ordinary lasers underwater, charged to hell and gone, to get rid of sea pollution, if you will?
