The state has no right to make the arrest in the first place. They don't have a right to potentially bankrupt and imprison people for growing stuff on their own property. They have the guns, so they do what they want, but let's not pretend that they're governed by the constitution or the concept of freedom

Actually the state does. The federal government doesn't.

The federal government is limited by the US Const.

The States make laws affecting safety, health, and welfare.
