But, where is this gun registry which validates all the guns I own as being legal?
There is none, and hopefully, there will never be one.

If you dont like the law get it changed, your opinions mean nothing what you think means nothing, the only thing that will mean anything is changing the law.

This isnt my first time at bat with these threads and conversations ive had HUNDREDS of them and ive had them for well over 40 years and guess what.

Police are still frisking cars for probable cause because the law is still in effect and still enforced.

So insulting police, calling them names, hating on them means nothing
Climb down off your victim stool for a second and think about what you just said. You said the LAW makes it RIGHT. By your reasoning, slavery was RIGHT. The law passed in 1939 in Germany requiring Jews to turn over all gold, diamonds and precious metal to the state without compensation was RIGHT. Putting Americans of Japanese descent in concentration camps here in the States was RIGHT.

No, Common. All the law does is make it LEGAL. It doesn't make it RIGHT.

You really should learn the difference.

Not what I said, the law mandates they make the judgement on what is probable cause and the courts judge their judgement, not you or any other citizen.

What you and everyone else miss's in their disdain for police is that most EVERYONE complains when they get busted and most believe they were either innocent or unfairly treated.

People and their mindless disdain, hatred and jealousy for police fail to acknowledge or just dont have a clue that taking all the vehicle searchs there are very few that the COURTS say were illegal.

Once again Ill state if you dont like Police Officers having the authority to determine probable cause based on what they see. Then you have to get the Politicians to change the law, until then forums everywhere will have hate on car search threads.

Ive heard every cop insult in the book doesnt bother me in the least UNTIL they make stupid blanket statements and say or insinuate that all cops are no good, when someone makes a statement like that there is no purpose in talking to them, it proves they just have issues with police based on nothing and everything.

You really need to learn the difference between the law and police doing their job and their breaking the law.

We are talking about backwards ass middle Georgia. Monroe County would be lucky to find candidates that can properly fill out an application vs hoping to find qualified people, but the kicker is that Forsyth, GA (Monroe Ct) is the location where all the Georgia peace officers train...

Heres what makes it right, its the LAW no other conversation needed.

That statement was completely wrong... factually, morally and ethically. It is the same justification that has been used by every despot and tinpot dictator since the beginning of history.

You keep saying it is the job of the police to enforce the law. Well, maybe they didn't teach you this at the academy, but the US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. No other law supersedes it. Not municipal ordinances, state law, federal or even treaties. You keep pretending it is okay for you to violate the Supreme Law of the Land in order to enforce some bull$#@! local law.

It is not. You and every other cop in country took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, yet you think it is okay for you to violate that oath because the guy who signs your paycheck tells you to do something different.

Another thing... not one time on this forum or any other have I ever disparaged cops. When I think they are right I don't hesitate to say so. When they are wrong, I don't hesitate to say so. It is unfortunate you can't bring yourself to do the same.
