If I’m sking that aggressively my knees give out at about lunch time. So, now I spend more time cruising working on technique.

I only take medicine prescribed by my doctor. A psychologist can not prescribe anything -- thus I have visits with a psychiatrist about once a year.

Yup, medication management. Some areas have such a shortage of psychiatrists that med management and acute assessments are about all they have time for.
