Proof of alien visitors? Artifact from an ancient civilization? The truth is out ther

Proof of alien visitors? Artifact from an ancient civilization? The truth is out there - in Seattle

This rock was found in the 1960s. When cut in half a strange object was discovered.

For 57 years, since its discovery by three rockhounds in the mountains of Eastern California, an oblong, 2- by 3-inch stonelike mass has been at the heart of speculation around the world.

Oh, how we want to believe that the truth is out there.

Was it a rock embedded 500,000 years ago with an electronic device left on earth by alien visitors? Or was it the remnant of a long-gone advanced civilization?
When the rocklike object was sliced in half shortly after its discovery, a perfectly circular, porcelain-like section was found inside it. In the center of that section was a tiny pin that responded to a magnet.

An X-ray clearly showed the metal pin, with a spring or helix at one end. The other half of the object showed metal covering the porcelain-like cylinder.

I think we don't give humans enough credit. This is an example of that. We sometimes cant believe our own abilities and attribute things to aliens or other mysteries when it is just plan old fashioned Human ingenuity and hard work.

The stories about Aliens building they pyramids etc.. make me laugh. If they had why would have used rough cut stone?
The real story is how amazing our species is and what we can do, and have done in any epoch.

The spark plugs in my lawn mower don't last as long as this one did! LOL

Washington State is a very geologically active area. I am no geologist but I feel like old material simply encased the spark plug.

Maybe. (It was found in California, btw.) It is interesting and I put it in the Paranormal forum for a reason.

I have to wonder why this rock was cut open. It's just a rock. There are a lot of rocks 500,000 years old.

News item from Martian telekinesis media: Many years ago we visited planet earth, as people there call it, we found no intelligent life, recently we returned and observed a large crowd and an orange headed earthling communicating what appeared to be jabberwocky to a crowd of red helmet sign wavers. Still no intelligent life it appears, we hope to return again in a hundred years to see if they have advanced beyond this stage of cheering jabber.

Maybe we should build a Space Wall around the Earth to keep out illegal Aliens?

Lol, you might want to brush up on your Egyptology. The pyramids were gleaming white polished stone when they were completed.
