Having said that, coming from the Youngstown area, many of my friends are Stillers fans. I have been to probably 15 Browns Stillers games in Cleveland. I hate seeing that ugly Urine & Black all over our stadium.

I was disappointed in their fans at the one (1) game I went to in their new stadium. The stadium is not very impressive. Yes, it has nice amenities but it is a curved bowl like TTUN's stadium (That Big Outhouse in Ann Arbor) rather than angled stadium. So, the seats are really far away from the field. In Cleveland, the seats are on top of the field, the angle is much steeper. In Pittsburgh, they all bolted for the restaurants about halfway through the 2nd quarter (it was a playoff game) and didn't return until half way through the third quarter. The guys I was with were insistent on leaving at the start of the 4th quarter.
    le
Heinz Field on the the great venues in the NFL..

One unique and cool tradition there.. and they are many. Terrible Towels, The Lombardis on display but my favorite is when they play Renegade!

Nothing and I mean NOTHING in the NFL comes a close to being as cool as that. The crowd goes wild!!!

Not sure what you are talking about Midwest teams being boring. The Midwest teams do the vast majority of the winning in the NFL

They were a dumpster fire up until the merger I think.

I remember my dad telling me, we talked about it just the other day actually when he remembers when they hired Chuck Noll, they won their first game and he was thinking wow, maybe this is the change we've been hoping for. Then they lost the rest of the season lol

Then they drafted Mean Joe "who?" and everything changed.

They struggled for sure from 1933 - 1970 which is 37 years. Not all of that was bad but most of it. from 1970 - 2018 48 years they have been NFL's most successful franchise. Division Titles, Playoff Appearances, Total wins and Most Championships.

In case you have the IQ of the average Browns Fan that is just under 1/2 of a Century......

The Bears, Packers or Giants would be one of the flagship franchises.

Fortunately for you the Steelers aren't really big contenders this year. They can be but losing to the rrrrraidahs was awful, but they have a really crappy record playing them on the west coast for like the last 20 years. The loss didn't surprise me, I think they've lost the last 3 or 4 games there.
