The opposite is true. There are two requirements. Birth here is one. Undivided loyalty is the second.

We should understand it better. It was written well.

I agree. If the issue gets to SCOTUS they will decide. The only close case had to do with a Chinese child born to two Chinese nationals inside the US legally. The court said that the kid was a US citizen because of that.

It's not that stunning. This is the inevitable result of mostly low skill workers working below minimum wage living in one the expensive countries in the world to live in. If anything, the numbers seem quite low, I'd have guessed closer to 90%.

The court changing anything would be overreach. Regardless of intent, the amendment is quite clear. A constitutional amendment is likely needed.

This is the result of the Democrat's successful plan to push aside the white, middle class by bringing in a million or more poor, dumb, sick black and brown people from third world authoritarian countries each and every year. The Democrats won. They broke the nation. It may already be too late to repair the damage.

Your first and third statements are incorrect.

The amendment is clear. It is time we followed it as it was written.

Born to legal immigrants, yes, of course. Silly to think not.
