That is not what they are being promised. Now the Talmud is completely different from the Bible. When I watched this back in September, I already knew they were going to take the farmers land without compensation. They are being promised jobs, industry, science, ect but in order to do this they need the land for free and are willing to take it by force. To them it's a war to bring in industry and they are willing to do this just like Israel is willing to take land without compensation for their cause.
