Dog reunited with family after guarding burned home for a month

This pet guarded his families burned home for a month during california wild fires.

A California woman and her dog have been reunited after more than a month, when they were separated by the deadly Camp Fire.
Andrea Gaylord was evacuated and unable to access her Paradise, Calif., home after the fire broke out on Nov. 8.

But Gaylord’s Anatolian shepherd, Madison, waited at home, apparently guarding the burned property for weeks.

"Imagine the loyalty of hanging in through the worst of circumstances and being here waiting," Gaylord told local news station ABC10. “You could never ask for better animals.”

    Good question.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

"Andrea Gaylord was evacuated and unable to access her Paradise, Calif., home after the fire broke out on Nov. 8."

This makes it sound like she wasn't able to get anything from her house, like she was forced to leave without going back. Could be wrong.

I'm glad it turned out okay for the dogs and the owner.

I had a Pyr, which is very closely related to her dogs' breed, for about 15 years. Wonderful dog, best dog -- if not the best friend -- I ever had.
