You're talking about two different issues: 1 the number of rules/laws to be enforced, and; 2 the number of people in the agency and in the field enforcing the rules/laws. Reducing the first does not automatically mean reducing the second except for the number of paper pushers and processors. There will still be strong enforcement of the laws left in place. Cleveland's Cuyahoga River will never catch fire again. Ever.

Well aren’t you a tender feller! You are also not a very good reader. Nowhere in the article you linked says the whole world runs out of water in 12 years and you are also not cognizant of weasel words.

Also, removing Obama’s power grab is not ‘getting rid of the EPA’. You sure are a drama queen.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

I appreciate all of those insults..... Very noble of you!

There are several links that talk about it. Some say 12 years some say by 2030. Just to clarify I said 1/2 the world could be out of fresh water in 12 years, it does make me chuckle a bit that you made fun of "my" reading comprehension. So, I gave two links in the op, and one of them has arrows that you have to scroll through to get to the part about water. Then I gave a link to my other thread that has more links, and some are to NASA. It is only rocket science. I am only replying to you because you are basically saying that what I said is a lie, and this matter is so serious, it is a world security issue. If it was not so serious I would not be replying to you at all. But I will provide more links than the ones I already provided.

    This should be sufficient.

We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

We aren't running out of fresh water. The West Coast is going to have to pay a ton of money to get water from the Great Lakes but it's there and it's renewable.

I don't care what the rest of the world does. It's not my problem.

Just like you dont have the right to walk down the street and shoot your neighbor, you also dont have the right to kill them by chemical pollutants.

This is just giving power to the corporations to do what ever they want. It is giving them the green light to make money at all costs. Not to mention they will plunder all that they can and do it carelessly just incase Trump does not get elected again. Because of greed they will try to take all they can while they still can, this means they will treat our environment carelessly. More mistakes will be made when this happens.

If we only have 12 years of fresh water left it should be our most protected recourse.
If my neighbor pollutes my yard, I call the Health Board. They send out an inspector to check. If it is true, my neighbor has to clean up or the Health Board will and put a lien on his house.

Now, where in there do you see the EPA mentioned? If a plant is polluting, the state can force a clean-up. The bad old days are gone and never coming back. The companies know it and the legislators know it.

The rest of the world should do whatever they need to do...or not.

Never said it was a lie, only that your reading comprehension lacks. ‘Could’ is a weasel work. Kinda like the hysterics over the nonexistent population bomb or running out of oil.

JAP, what solution would you like to see so "1/2 off the world" doesn't run out of drinkable water?
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.
