You would should you be employed, most Americans insured by their employers. Many plans, the corporation or business will pay your insurance and a % of spouse and/or children. We have medical leave acts allowing employees to care for a sick elder or child or themselves and not lose their jobs. We have a deductible system that caps costs per year.
