    France

    To my French friends, Don't protest in the streets and maybe get hurt or arrested. If you want the Government to listen to you just don't go to work for an unspecified time, shut down all commerce. Just stay home, no trucks, no cabs, no trains, no busses, no planes. just stay at home. Believe me the police can't run everything.

    They do that at least once a year already.

    An excellent idea that may come into play here someday. We could unite and show the government what a real "shutdown" looks like.

    Far more important and dangerous job than anyone thinks of. Especially in cities. Imagine all non vital services ( ER's etc)at 50% or below for a couple of weeks.
