Soldiers are trained to shoot center mass. Soldiers who go to sniper school learn to get head shots.

Too traumatic for the shooters. That is why one has blanks. The Nazis found that shooting prisoners was traumatic for troops.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

Base of the rear skull being preferred as, if on target, the hostile drops immediately with no sound nor reflex.

Generally speaking, aiming center mass is the most effective way to kill someone with a firearm.

That is also the preferred method of sentry take down with a combat knife- free hand over the nose and mouth to muffle any noise.
