That's awful. That poor kid. She didn't sign up for any of that. The fault is on the parents 100 percent, but I really do hope we weren't negligent and tried to save that poor kid's life.

Are you saying you would withhold water from your own child? That is what happened here. She died in the Providence Children's Hospital in El Paso just a couple of hours after being picked up, a 4 hour drive so she was flown there by helicopter.

Who was negligent?

A clear case of parental neglect.

If we had Canada’s health system she might have had to go by car.
