Now, tell me how he isn't stupid. You'll insult or deflect but you won't tell me how he isn't stupid. You know he is and I know he is and the Mueller team almost laughed out loud at his question. They bought a judge but got a clown too.
Want to talk about smart....Yates, Obama, and several others told Trump to not pick Flynn because he was compromised, yet he did anyway. Flynn, a 33 year government employee, worked in intelligence for decades, knew not to lie to FBI agents, yet he did anyway. Trump supporters knew the guy they were selecting for POTUS was a snake oil salesman and a liar, yet they voted for him anyway. You made your $#@!ing bed, now you get to lie in it.

    Now it may come out.

This is a long and legally technical article, but basically one of Flynn's attorneys filed a motion to ask the judge to force the prosecution to release documents that, under law, should have be turned over to the defense prior to any plea deal. These documents include exculpatory evidence and documents which show the investigators violated Flynn's rights during the investigation. Read the article if interested. Here is an intro:

On Wednesday, the previously sealed Motion to Compel filed against federal prosecutors in the Michael Flynn case was made public with only minor redactions. Just the day before, during a hearing before federal judge Emmet Sullivan, Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, had highlighted some of the evidence prosecutors withheld from her defense team. Yesterday’s filing expanded exponentially on the areas of evidence Powell seeks and lays bare Powell’s bigger plan moving forward: to expose the breadth and depth of SpyGate and how flaying Flynn lay at the heart of the soft coup attempt.

In her Motion to Compel, Powell catalogued 40 categories of evidence the government has refused to turn over. She seeks a court order requiring federal prosecutors to provide the withheld evidence under Brady and its progeny. Brady and its offshoots require prosecutors to disclose material exculpatory and impeachment evidence to the defense team. And, as Judge Sullivan made clear during Tuesday’s hearing, that duty exists even though Flynn had already pleaded guilty and even though he had agreed that the government would not be required to provide him with further evidence.

It is possible that if the judge is convinced of prosecutor malfeasance he could void the guilty plea and either tell the government to continue to trial - after releasing the documents, or dismiss the charges outright.

But to understand this, read the article.

What they did to General Flynn should be illegal! It's a travesty and miscarriage of justice.

And when they show up with the ATF somebody is fixing to die.

First of all.. Who in their right mind even talks to the FBI. I would not open my mouth. My line is With all due respect I dont talk to the FBI due to your history of entrapment.

    End of story.

my goodness what was obama then

When Flynn became director of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2012. He attempted to reorganize the agency but instead alienated many subordinates, and was informed he would not remain for the normal three-year term. Obama got rid of him in 2014. President Obama also warned Trump NOT to hire this man, he could not be trusted. But Trump appointed him as the Director of National Security, one of the most intelligence sensitive posts in the administration. He had already been compromised by not registering as a foreign agent working for money with President Erdogan of Turkey to kidnap a U.S. resident living in Pennsylvania and secretly whisk him back to Turkey to be executed.

This man is a piece of slime, a dirt-bag, a traitor and you people are treating him as though he's just another Trump sycophant, he is NOT.

If anyone on this earth knew the rules and the number one rule when giving testimony to the FBI is NEVER to lie, it's Michael Flynn that knew that very well.

The FBI has slammed Michael Flynn publicly for misleading the FBI and also released memos written by the FBI agents, and emphasized that when Flynn lied to them on January 24, 2017, about the substance of his policy conversations with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, he had already lied to several members of Trump's team and was "committed to his false story" that he and Kislyak did not discuss sanctions.
You do know that the FBI agents who questioned him said that they didn't believe he lied, right?
